I'm having the same. The payment/credit card is declined by my bank when using Paypal, but using the same credit card to pay in the same online store goes without a glitch. Any solution? The credit card is linked with PP correctly and looks normal, no notifications or issues visible. Bank is saying that there is nothing wrong with the card, no special restrictions are active.
