I can't seem to link my bank account to PayPal. I've linked it but I just need to enter the 2 digit code. The problem is that the banner that is supposed to show my bank account just says "pull down to refresh this" I've tried everything but it doesn't go away and I can't do anything. I've tried making a new bank account but it is still the same.
