Same thing is happening to me yesterday and today. Nobody at PayPal can give me an answer. They all say..... It must be an issue with the merchant............. I can personally tell you it has nothing to do with the merchant as I am going to numerous sites, and the option is gone. I have never missed a single payment just like most people. I also typically pay it off early. I can not get a true explanation from PayPal or any of it's employees. It just simply is gone as of now. I have gone to numerous sites to test this, and it shows up nowhere.
