Lately it appears that more and more FRAUDULENT FACEBOOK companies are using PayPal to hide behind. PayPal must be getting sick and tired of dealing and acting as mediator between disgruntled customers and shonky fraudulent COMPANIES advertising and selling faulty and non-useable products that these companies REFUSE TO REFUND OR EVEN REPLY TO DISGRUNTLED NON SUSPECTING PURCHASERS So my question being why DOESN’T PAYPAL publish a list of ALL the shonky dodgy COMPANIES eg Landbase Trading Company , Cardiff, Wales So unsuspecting purchasers can check the list first before trying to deal with these rip off companies who just keep getting richer and avoid all prosecutions etc
