Has anyone encountered a PayPal scam where your account is tied to both your credit card and your online checking account, and the hackers are able to post a fraudulent PayPal charge to your checking account? This occurred after I made an online purchase from the beautysuppliers.org website using PayPal and even though I paid using my credit card, the hackers were able to infiltrate my "view" of my online checking account and post a $1,699.99 PayPal charge. The bank never saw this PayPal charge - it only showed up when I logged into my checking account.
