Hello, I tried to pay for a game using my PayPal account but got the error: “Sorry, we weren't able to authorize your card. Please choose another way to pay.” At the same time, I received a notification that PayPal had taken the money for it out of my bank account. I tried with a different card connected to my PayPal and I was given the same error and once again PayPal took the money from my account. These transactions were obviously not completed as I couldn't go any further and don't show up in my PayPal transactions. Yet the money has still been taken from my account. Very unhappy about this, knowing not only was it *not* letting me pay but then taking my money anyway. How do I get my money back?
