This response does absolutely nothing to address the issue we are experiencing but rather points us all in directions we've already been or are already versed in. To be blunt; I feel your purported solutions do nothing but lay the responsibility to act, back upon us. We're clients who rely not only upon the services on offer, but who also need support and positive, proactive and effective solutions and direction when required. Along with other issues... This is a known quandary that the company has apparently no desire or intention of intervening in.
