If I already set a transfer to add money from my bank account to my PayPal account and its pending, Can I do more transfers in regards to adding money? I just recently set up my PayPal and I did a test transfer of one dollar. It takes 3-5 business days and so I tried to do another one and an error saying theres an issue and that was it. I tried my other bank but same thing. I am wondering if it is because the initial transfer didn't come through yet but I don't know
