I bought two orders from SHEIN, both of which have not been refunded even though SHEIN has confirmed they have. One order for $269. 76 and the other at $95.14. A total of $364.90. The refund was supposedly processed but the money never showed up in the PAYPAL account which was where I purchased this in the first place. Looking into the details of this refund it says this was refunded to my card which it never was and SHEIN does not have my card information (or at least they shouldn't). You can see from the screenshots that there have been no payments from either SHEIN or Paypal into my accounts for these orders but you can see that another payment has been received from PAYPAL so there are no technical issues there. To reiterate, there has not been any money sent to my PAYPAL wallet. The other issue is that when I try to dispute this, PAYPAL has a notification that says "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction." and I'm not sure why I can't. I can't query this at all! So now I am out of pocket of $364.90 which is a huge amount of money with no way to progress this issue. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can dispute this further with PAYPAL and hopefully get my money back? I am willing to provide all documentation and proof needed. I tried to upload the photos and it said I have exceeded my limit and need to try again in 24 hours so will upload them then.
