I have already tried the Pay-Pal assistant, which loops back to the same suggestion of completing all the steps, even though the final step has already been completed. (Bring account balance to £0.00 or above), which isn’t being recognised by Pay-Pal. Same with the phone helpline, the automated helpline suggests completing the remaining steps, which I already have. So I have tried the Pay-Pal assistant, and the Pay-pay helpline, in the ‘contact us’ section. I have emailed Pay-Pal now, and now am patiently awaiting a response now.
