I purchased car parts via good and services and when they arrived they were damaged and missing. PayPal has me send them back. I submit tracking. Then they ask for a shipping label. I have a bill of laid g because it shipped freight. I submitted all updates even showing where the seller signed off receiving the items. PayPal says they didn’t reviving shipping info in time and awarded in his favor. Never reaching out. Now the seller has the parts and thousands of dollars. PayPal said they will not help and to contact my bank. Has anyone ran into this? I’m getting a Lawyer.
