Sounds like you have been permanently banned not just limited. They just did this to me as well and did not care that I'm currently on a trip and every dime I had is in PayPal and my family sends money through PayPal if I need help so they have basically left me with no access to my money and no way for my family to send me any. They promised to help the customer support yeah when the guy hung up I noticed his help was to permanently banned my account No one will help me they don't even care. Said I'm sorry you'll have to wait 180 days for your money. I said so I basically have to go without food or paying for my hotel for 180 days. Their response sorry nothing I can do. If your account has been permanently limited then I'm sorry they won't do anything. I to just two days ago was able to use my account no problem and then hours later I no longer had my PayPal. I'm in the USA and in the other side of the country far from home. I explained that they have frozen Access to all my money and that I can't buy food or pay for my hotel. I got promised by a guy there he would help yeah he permanently locked it. For 2 days now they promised to have a supervisor call me and I just hung up with them again because no one ever called. I'm sorry but I wouldn't count on them to help you.
