I had an issue with these people after ordering a mascara from Lashcosmetics and a bra from another company.  It appears when we place an order we are signing up for a VIP package which we don't opt into and there is no box to tick to opt out.  It was only when I was charged more than I thought that I checked on Paypal.  Nymbus had set up a recurring subscription. I got in touch with both companies, Lashcosmetics and the bra people (sorry, can't recall the name) and they both refunded the additional funds.  If you have ordered via Paypal go into your activity log and if there are any recurring transactions you can stop them there.   Hope that helps!  ... Who are these horrible thieving people?!  They have taken several amounts of money from my Paypal account without my permission.  I have raised a dispute so I hope to be refunded, but this is just awful!  I think the total amount stolen is over £100!!   How do we stop them!? ... View more
