I belong to Indian NGO and I am looking if Paypal provides APIs to integrate in our website to start accepting donations. We have a requirement where we want to generate a Dynamic QR code which refreshes every 2 mins which can be scanned by the donors to make a payment. This QR code should not be used by anyone else to make a payment again. I also wanted to know if there will be any transaction fees or conversion rates applied for INR currency.
