I have added my bank card to my Paypal account but, I don't see a balance in my Paypal account. I also see no way to add money to my Paypal account using Debit card (through Payapl's interface). So, I don't know what to do to be able to use my Paypal account to actually use it to pay for things. Also, my bank account hasn't been charged anything from Paypal. I have uploaded documents to verify my identity but, doesn't seem to have helped.
