Phone call to customer service was able to resolve this issue for me in under 10 minutes (that's even including wait times on hold). Of course, it never should have been necessary in the first place. Whoever (or whatever automated computer system) added that phone number to my account should never have been able to add the number in the first place. And in this day and age, where *most people* only have one phone (their mobile), it should not be made impossible for us to remove a phone number without first having 3+ numbers on the account. Seriously, whoever at the company decided that this was a good idea is absolutely wrong. This never should have been an issue. Anyway, if you also have had this issue, then call customer service at your earliest convenience to have a live person take care of it.
