Hi! Have the same issue. I can't create UAE account, because I just don't receive any sms with short codes. I have DU operator. I've contacted them, they assured me that there is no any problems on their side. My colleagues receive sms from PayPal, but they have different carrier 'etisalat'. I tried to contact UAE PayPal support team, but I can't, because I can't login. Is there any solutuon?
