@PayPal_Bindu Just faced the same problem of not being able to access my paypal account and tried talking to a customer support but I was given the following explanation: 'The review was internally done & although we cannot provide you the reason, I can assure you that this matter was thoroughly reviewed before we decide PayPal isn't the best payment option for you.' I don't think my account did anything that is not in line with the 'User Agreement' but since the account is already been disabled I strongly feel that it would not be possible to gain access to this account again.
