@PayPal_Chinmaye    If you actually read their question it is not the new seller hold they are talking about but the 180 days hold after a permanent BAN.   @Charichitl4    If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes. If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside. However you have to wait until you receive the Paypal email citing you are now eligible to withdraw those funds. Sometimes they confiscate funds if you have violated their acceptable use policy. And Honestly she had try every single way to try login to her PayPal account BUT..She Can't do that As the PayPal already decides to Deactivate instead than sort the problem and i believe her PayPal account is not exiting anymore isn't Also I do believe when or soon they CLOSE her account and How you are telling her to login to that account. As funny & very stupidly to telling try to login to PayPal account MY PayPal it been CLOSE 3 MONTH AGO.. And Also no one in the PayPal company Can't Help . Can't answer. All she get is nothing. No response from PayPal company at all over since 3 month ago.. Who can help to find out How to take money out from my friend PayPal account. And what can you do for helping us about this issue Will be very Great full if you can help... And one more question How the PayPal got right to holding customers money .???
