I am dissatisfied with the service i received recently. A package shows as delivered but not received, a proof of delivery was shown to me and to you, BUT THE ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED. I contacted my courier, and they said they did their checks and the item was not there on their premises,this is what they told me TWICE. WHAT AM I THE CUSTOMER, SUPPOSE TO DO? You, the courier, sephora are playing in my face with this issue. What is a customer supposed to do when the item shows deliverred and ot received and neiher freight company, the merchant are taking the blame. The package was delivered after business hours, it was delivered after 1:30 am when the courier was already closed. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. When i am trying to submit a new appeal, the reasons that matches my clim are not present so i have to select this reason for appeal, this is ABSURD. YOU sent me a regurgitated response about closing the case JUST BECAUSE the seler gave you tracking as if that means I am lying. You are not helping and I clearly need help.
