I had the same today, received a call from a robot, with a message that a transaction was made of around 600 €, and press 1 for ok, and 2 to get to speak to the helpdesk. Curious as I am, I went further and choose option 2, and got a guy with an Indian accent on the the line, and he immediately starts about that my computer was supposedly hacked, I pressed a bit further,and I asked where he came from and his name, and the last thing I heard was "mother f#$" and he hung up. These guys try to get your money, under the pretence that your computer is hacked, they will ask you to install a remote access program, so they can take over your computer and in that way they hope to find a way to transfer money through various ways to their accounts, further they spoof a phone number, in my case, an Italian number.
