Greetings Jyoti, I was attended by two people via email, one in Spanish and one in English but I do not know who technically intervened in the account because one person requested my data to verify the identity, ID and home invoice and hours later, when trying to log in to my account, the SMS finally arrived and I was able to access my account and disable the SMS security verification to avoid this annoyance that the message does not arrive. Additional, before they answered me, I had received a message informing me that my cell phone number had been deleted from the account, but I didn't do it myself, so I guess it must have been technical support, in the same way thank you very much for the quick response by this way because I don't speak English and having to communicate by phone is impossible at this moment.
