I cannot connect my card to my PayPal account, it says that "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." and I have looked at other post they said clear cookies and cache and wait 72 hours I have done all of that, and it still has not worked for me can anyone help please.
