I just filed a dispute because the pants I ordered arrived damaged (not the package -- the jeans themselves). Couldn't get ahold of the seller. Paypal didn't accept my claim so it doesn't always happen this way. I just want to send the dang things back and can't even get a hold of the company to do so and Paypal won't refund my money. Now I've got useless jeans that I have to fix and paid too much for.
