I purchased an item from a merchant called Botanique Paris on 14 Sep but I have not received the shipment. The merchant sent a tracking link which stated the shipment is in Singapore on 23 Sep but I have not received the shipment. Have asked for a refund. PayPal sided with the merchant. Please advise and help. I have sent all the correspondences that showed that I have not received the shipment. What can I do? This is so unfair as I wouldn't be making this claim if I had received the shipment.
