Hi. I bought an item on ebay that turned out to be defective. The cost of the product was $126.26. I opened a dispute on PayPal and asked for a refund of only $80, provided that the product remains with me. According to PayPal's decision, I had to return the product to the seller in order to get my funds back, which I did. However, not the entire amount for the $126.26 product was refunded to me. I only got $80 instead of $126.26. How can I get the missing amount of money?
