Hi! My apologies beforehand for my bad English. I'm having the same problem here. I just started using PayPal today to get a certain item and when I pressed 'pay', they said that my transaction was complete on both the merchants site and on the official PayPal site. But when I checked my bank account, no money was taken off. My Paypal is linked to my bankaccount and everything is verfied and stuff so I don't know if there is like a techinical issue or something just went wrong with my payment.
