me and my husband spent whole day to figure out how to do it. Finally someone from the customer service, it was like 5th person, after repeating everything over and over again, helped us out. You have to convert your personal account to the business account and you will be able to download monthly statements. Apparently they have two types of personal accounts. Old one, before 2012 which don’t have monthly statements option, history transaction only, and the newest premium account, which generates such a report. We just converted our account and we were able to finish our task finally!
