I have a problem with my account. I need to confirm my identity, I send him my ID card and a selfie of me. Then write please contact support. I call support, give them the number, name, last digits of the card and email. I prove to them it's my account. I explain the problem to them and absolutely everyone tells me the same thing, try on Saturday.......... I didn't manage to use my account for the month, I had some money blocked for a month!!! This paypal support is no help at all... I have called numerous times and get the same answers !! I am asking for help unlocking the account or will I ever have to quit using paypal !!!
