Hello, I just reset the password to my paypal as I forgot what it was as I haven't used it in a while. Anyhow, I wanted to withdraw funds to my bank account and when I logged in it says that my account is no longer verified. If I try to readd the bank account, it tells me that it's already in use. I have 1 paypal account.. Please help!
