I had trouble logging into my paypal and when I got in, the email address had been changed to something completely different. I don't know the person, apparently [removed]. I've updated security settings but I don't know if I can be sure that I am still safe from someone accessing my account. How can I report this? There are no unauthorised transactions that I could see yet.
