@anushka12 Firstly read the link to trouble shoot. https://www.paypal.com/in/cshelp/article/why-cant-i-link-a-bank-account-to-my-paypal-account-help199 Secondly clear your history/cookies and then wait 72 hours before trying to add it again. You could also try adding it using another browser or device to see if that works.
