I bought a ‘Titanium Multitool’ from an instagram advert. That was 31st August. The item never arrived. Tried contacting the merchant by email. No reply. But to raise a dispute/make a claim it asks for a link to the product page. it’s a company called Brightsky Network Limited. I can’t even find them using Google search. So what do you do ?
