@Dorokusai Normally if you win a claim for item received but not as described you always have to return it back to the seller for a refund. Paypal state this >> IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur. So always send back with tracking if you are agreeing with the merchant for a return so if they don't refund you can open a claim and provide paypal with the tracking number to prove you returned it and also never ditch it before any dispute/claim has been resolved.
