I got charged twice

I bought a plane ticket and used PayPal to pay it and it came out of my account and also out of my bank account, so I assumed it was done. Three days ago I got an email saying that my PayPal is at negative balance because of the money I payed for the ticket came out again. I bought the ticket on the 29th of august, and instantly came out of PayPal and out of my bank on the 4th of September.. I dont get it really...  ... View more
