same just happened to me. got an email saying PayPal had blocked a suspicious transaction, but when I logged into my account (web site and app), I got the same message but no further information about the blocked transaction. If PayPal can notify me about blocked suspicious transactions, can't they also save and share the details of those blocked transactions with me?
