Has anyone found a solution to this? We are experiencing this intermittently on our sites just on iOS Safari. It prevents our form and page from finishing loading and breaks it so purchasing can not be done. We use Gravity Forms with their PP Checkout add-on. In debugging the issue, we find that URL: https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js? just hangs and does not load. At this point we are possibly forcing to not use PP because we don't know how many people this is impacting and losing business.
