@GriffsJ68 You spend £700 on buying something from China to help you lose weight?? The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise. None of these so called products help you lose weight. However any 'guarantee' of it working is not worth the paper it was written on if it was an international transaction as it can't be enforced. If you opened a dispute for 'item received but not as described' and lost then sadly nothing you can do about it unless you funded your paypal payment via a credit card? If so then try your card issuer but they often decline as well if its tat sent from one of these China websites on Social Media.
