Hello everyone, I could really use some help. I've been using shipstation for shipping my PayPal orders, since the beginning (when PayPal switched over to shipstation). Now for some reason, which I can't figure out, when I click "Buy Shipping Label" for the selected transaction, the PayPal shipping center shows. I used to be redirected to shipstation website. I can't figure out how to switch from PayPal Shipping Center back to ShipStation. I've tried doing things like making sure 3rd party (Auctan LLC) is enabled (which it is). If I manually go to PayPal.shipstation.com I can still see my PayPal orders and purchase labels. BUT what I want is to be on the PayPal Activity/Transaction pages and be able to click "Buy Shipping Label" and have it correctly redirect me to ShipStation for that transaction/purchase label. Can anyone help? Has anyone else had this problem. I've actually spent hours now trying to get help through shipstation and PayPal chatbot's and neither gives any help except to accounts which have never made the connection to shipstation. Thanks.
