@RastechExpert You can only add a US bank account (for U.S citizens working in other countries) or cards to withdraw funds in Saudi and can use linked cards as funding sources in your country. Unfortunately, you won't be able to link local bank in your region currently. To see the transfer method that is available in your country, log in to your PayPal account and click Transfer money in your wallet page. Eligible cards will be shown to you on the withdrawal page.
