On June 16 the Kokua Hawaii Foundation somehow managed to withdraw 9100CAD or 6388USD from my bank account which was my main payment method thru pay pal. Luckily RBC refunded me that same day, they have some insane overdraft allowance built in that's been canceled forever now. The bank saw it as fraud instantly, but no such luck with PayPal. I sent in a dispute that day and followed up shortly after. So far pay pal has sided with the foundation twice, according to PayPal the funds were transferred from my IP address and looked to be from a familiar device.... I’ve had my phone checked no virus detected, it’s the only device I use. Since the incident I’ve changed all passwords on all accounts. Does anybody out there have a suggestion or maybe dealt with something similar? It was 100% a fraud, and I have tried contacting the foundation multiple times. Thanks.
