I am absolutely incandescent about this. I've been using paypal for many years. Mostly for purchases. Occasionally (once a year) customers want to pay me for my consulting services via credit card. I charge an extra 3% to cover most of paypals skimming. Now they want to use my money interest free for nearly a month! They ought to refund my interest charge and pay me interest. Bob
