I don't have a direct solution to offer you for the problem you've encountered, but I do know that you can approach any of your banks associates to ask them about stopping Non-Sufficient Fund transactions from being approved. You can put a stop to any future problems from PayPal, Ebay, or other company that tries to charge your account when you don't have the money there.
