im in the same boat , auto bot is a waste of time ( arnt they all) so called 'help' service is useless she just kept telling me to log in and work from there dispite being told a dozen or more time i couldnt log in and THAT WAS THE PROBLEM ! the account im trying to access was ( so i thought) closed 16 YEARS AGO, i opened a new account so as to send some cash to a friend in desperate need ( genuine friend not scammer) and then accepted a payment for something ,the buyer used my old e mail address so the money went to that account and now i cant access it ! i had BIG problems with pay pal in the past and thats WHY i stopped using it ,looks like they havnt improved any!! oh yeah, if your in ireland dont bother trying to phone the cusromer service helpline in dublin , theres no one there , supposid to be open mon to sun 8.30am to 6 pm , i called several times on thursday ,fri ,sat and sunday ,tried again today ( monday) no answer and its a premium rate number too ( 1800) theres also a 01 ( dublin number ) that never answered either !!
