The options to confirm my identity are asinine, making me confirm my identity before I can use transactional services is even more stupid! In my country we don't go to an office where we pay electricity we use a third party service where we exchange cash so they can remotely pay our bills, they then print their own company's proof that the bill has been paid, it doesn't hold the address or the information of the house owner, that cannot be used to confirm my identity through the electric bill or water bill, how do we know it's our house we pay for? We have a service number on the power poles outside of our house which designate which house is what number. You cannot search that outside of the company's database so it's useless. Using a phone bill is much the same, except the phone providers in Bulgaria offer the package options, under a single account name, which is in the name of my mother who has been a customer for the company for the last decade so she gets discounts on changing services, the bills are not under MY name I cannot confirm MY IDENTITY through them. Using Proof of Address is either impossible or unviable as the house is under my grandmother's name, who will then pass it onto my parents' name, if all you need is the documents that prove the house exists, what is the point. Otherwise if what you need is a document that proves my Personal Identification Card is present on that address that will require me to go pay 300lv(140~euro) so I can get it remade because I moved here 5 years ago and the card gets changed once every 10 years, which isn't due until 2028. I do not own a credit card, only a debit one, the bank will NOT let me get a statement on one I do not own. The Bank statement from my bank doesn't display my address unless I request that it does through a secondary receipt on payment unless there is a language misunderstanding between both me and the teller and/or this company's wording. Under your conditions I cannot confirm my identity and proof of residence on the address I currently reside in so I cannot use your service. If that is how it is going to be set in stone please make it clear so I can request the deletion of my account.
