Workaround that worked for me: 1. Disable Face ID in PayPal settings (important, otherwise PayPal handles your login and not the password manager with the passkey) 2. Create passkey in PayPal settings 3. Sign in using the passkey 4. Confirm via SMS 2FA (I dont know why SMS. It just asked me for SMS verification even though I use Google Authenticator) 5. Close the app All following login requests should skip 2FA due to the passkey.
