Posting an update: - I realized that I didn't register myself with Paypal to accept their crypto terms. To do this, at their Crypto page, hit "send" or "receive" to start the process. They say it takes about 2 days for them to confirm your info. - Wait 2 days - Enter in claim info and birthdate. The slashes will still show up, and ran into the same error again. I had to submit it a few times before it accepted. Good luck!
