Someone wants to pay me $500 but the person cannot complete it because my account is not a business paypal account. In order to complete, the person will pay the $200 above the $500 to upgrade my account. Now I received an email from paypal that I now first need to pay the $200 back in order to receive the $500 from the person. Is this legit, because it is the first time ever I use paypal and it's very chinese to me. 🙂 Thank you in advance.
