Well, I've been trying to find out the reason why it's not showing up and finally managed to get something from support. I've been using Pay in 4 and always paid on time except for the one time where I was a day late. Here's what support said to me. "I have reviewed your account, and I can see that the most recent application for Pay in 4 has been declined. Unfortunately, we are not provided with the specific reasons of this decline, however this would have been available on screen at the time. In the meantime, you can use an alternative payment method to make your purchase as Pay in 4 is not available for this particular purchase, at this time. Customer service is not able to review or change this decision. You are most welcome to apply again in the future when you see the Pay Later option and just to set some expectations Pay Later eligibility will vary with each shopping experience and not all goods and services may be eligible. Keep in mind our decision-making process is based on a number of different factors and is automated." Been a month now and I finally got that response after waiting a day. No where on the purchase screen does it say why I was declined, all it said was "Pay in 4 has been declined" and then sent me back to the original page where you can pay with your card instead. Paid everything off and I'm just waiting a week before closing my account and moving to Afterpay. Don't expect any help from support, they won't give it to you. Either you wait a year and see if it changes or just use another service like ZIP or AfterPay.
