I received a payment to my PayPal account via the Depop app at the weekend (approx. 500.-). At the same time as the payment arrived, my account was first restricted and then immediately deactivated. So far I haven't found a reason, apparently I violated the guidelines, but how can this happen if I just received money? There is no open/closed case under the Conflicts page and I cannot contact PayPal. How can I cancel the deactivation of the account. I have no chance to do anything about it, PayPal has restricted my account out of nowhere and now keeps about 600 CHF that belong to me. Thanks for any help!
